Cancellation Policy
Clients will be asked to provide their credit card information at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will not be charged. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within the 24 hour period, there may be an 50% service fee charged to your card. Please plan accordingly when reserving your massage appointments to avoid these charges.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your therapist or your massage, a full refund will be given if desired within the first 10 minutes of your massage or you may ask for a different therapist if one is available. Refunds are not given when you receive more than 10 minutes of your service and have not made a request to change therapists with the front desk receptionist.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that making any kind of sexual advances or references and they will be asked to leave immediately. Additionally, to protect the well-being of our guests and therapists, we will refuse to provide service to anyone who we suspect is intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs.
Client Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time. We have an intake form that requires approximately 3-5 minutes to fill out and needs to be completed before the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot extend your session beyond your reserved appointment end time.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or have any health concerns related to pregnancy, please consult your health care provider before massage. Pregnancy massages cannot be performed on women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy. Please let the front desk know this when scheduling your massage.
